Hysteria or real war on humanity? Than by who?

It seems to work, coronavirus is around me I am quite sure and at the same time, I do go my daily routine without fear or worry. Of course, I do pray quite allot, but I do this for years so there is not much difference.

When I study wall street and here local markets in Warsaw I see huge panic is on the way. Panic is a bad advisor. I am pretty sure world best investors already did sell off their assets and now they are searching for bumps and invest their money where they feel there is most potential. I can see many potential losers and winners, All chain stores, restaurants, and especially electronics, furniture, and clothes, shoe sellers will get huge losses. Apple is already taking the loss in China, and if China is slow the rest of the world will get a Chain reaction.

Of course, I do not advise anyone to buy now, just look and wait. When the time will come I will let you know.

Same with the real estate market. There are so many buildings coming up, and many of them are nothing but speculations, there are also many homes and apartments being unsold but new are on the way. Most of them is well overpriced and huge correction is coming. At the same time, I am buying. If You have a nice home or apartment building for sale talk to me I am ready to buy
