In the last 40 years, I did see many paradigm changes. Whole industries did disappear and new are popping out at astronomical peace. When we did work for Dr. Thomas, quite a known dentist from Northside in Chicago we did rehab his buildings which he was buying from banks. it cheap way of the renovation was just quick and very much inexpensive. It was about 1990. The best of all the market did swallow all apartments in a very fast way. In just a few years the same buildings did 10 fold its own value and the same time did generate significant cash flow.
Most people now especially those well-educated earns a lot more than they really need so they look at the ways to invest. Many huge companies are offering a 7-8% return on investment and this is great. What about if you could have a much bigger return?
