Cooperative is a great idea, and I can see many people will lose their properties and jobs, there are many new developments in automation and innovation of the way we will live in the future
Office work will be done remotely and online conference will be a new daily routine. 
Shopping will be done more via the internet and brick and mortar malls are thing of the past. 
Our amusement parks, cinemas, theaters will have to undergo significant improvements so the construction world will enjoy a huge influx of money. #  D construction printers will eliminate thousands of jobs and new technologies will explode as never before.
