New homes go for as much as 40.000 sq meters, the same time for me the most important part is if I can convert the property in the income cash machine. Imagine if we buy at this price and rent out or sale we 10 fold the investment in a short time. Of course, the investment requires a significant down payment and it will take a lot of work, At the same time you earn money basically from day one and the return on investment is really amazingly high and risk basically no existing.
