How to make a billion

 

Most of us want to be rich. We all have a dream and some of us are more likely to have all it takes to succeed. I dare you to join me and take advantage of the opportunity which is here and now.

I have a simple and safe way to reach my destination. Living in Poland is a great experience. Poland is one of the best places to be and  has a fantastic environment, great base to start and expand. 

Investing in real estate always was and always will be safe and profitable. Key is to buy the right property at the right location at below market price and turn it into a profit making machine.

Rental properties always will have great value for long and short term investors. 

My experience is based on many years of living in Poland ( over 25 yr), USA (25 yr) China, HK (5 yr), Germany (1 yr). All those years I did study construction and rental markets. I did invest in properties in the USA, China, HK, and Poland. 

Have to admit my guru is Donald Trump. At the same time I did study Guy Kawasaki, and many others Li-Kai Chen, and many others.

Now I am investing in Poland and to be very specific in rental beds or rooms for workers or low income families. Our system is based on pre pay, short term or longer to various people. 

Very profitable and highly desired in a very strong and expanding economy.

Why Poland? The answer is simple. Fastest growing economy, very populistic government, people oriented and waste portfolio of run down properties in very hot locations at below market prices.
