Pennsylvania's Suspicious Presidential Tallies

The results of the 2020 Presidential election in Pennsylvania are not quite as suspicious as Georgia's, whose tallies I analyzed in a Nov.10 Newsmax article.
On the morning of Nov. 11, Newsmax reports the votes in Pennsylvania are:
Joe Biden: 3,374,746
Donald Trump: 3,326,914
Jo Jorgensen: 78,341
Total: 6,780,001
Biden leads by 47,832 votes, or seven-tenths of 1% of the total vote.
In 2016, President Trump won the state by 44,292 votes over Hillary Clinton:
Clinton: 2,926,441
Trump: 2,970,733
Other Candidates: 268,304
Thus, Biden has received a stupendous 448,305 more votes, or 15%, in Pennsylvania than Clinton did.
Similarly, Barack Obama's winning totals in the Keystone State were:
2012: 2,990,274
2008: 3,276,363
Thus, Biden's vote exceeded Obama's in 2012 vote by roughly 385,000, and his 2008 vote by 98,000.
By contrast, in adjacent New York State, Biden's vote is 854,355 fewer than Hillary Clinton's four years ago:

In this year's election in Pennsylvania, as compared to the previous three, Joe Biden, has significantly outperformed two historic Democratic presidential candidates: Barack Obama, the party's first African American nominee, and Hillary Clinton, the first female nominee.
As reported by Fox News on the morning of Nov. 11, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester are the counties in metro Philadelphia that provided Joe Biden with enormous support:

Biden has increased his vote total in these four metro Philadelphia counties, as compared to Clinton's, by 110,839, or nearly 10%.
In Allegheny County, whose center is Pittsburgh, Biden has received 415,861 to Trump's 274,348. Four years ago, Clinton got 367,617 and Trump received 259,480 votes.
Thus, in this county in southwestern Pennsylvania, Biden's improvement over Clinton is 48,244 votes.
President Trump lawyers should focus on these five counties, where Biden has a 159,083 vote lead.
The president's legal team should also scrutinize the students, numbering in the low hundreds of thousands, who attend college in the Pennsylvania, and who are out-of-staters or who are from foreign countries.
Obviously, the students from overseas are not eligible to vote. Students at Pennsylvania universities, but who hail from other states, might have also voted illegally in both states.
In 2019, Pennsylvania's college population was 628,000.
The president's lawyers should also search for voter fraud in counties in the other closely contested states, including Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona, Michigan and Nevada, which have large college enrollments.
Indeed, in 2017-18, American universities enrolled 18.9 million students. During the 2018-19 academic year, 1,095,000 international students, an all-time high, were studying in American institutions of higher learning, including the largest contingent, 369,548, from Communist China.
